Incheon and Gimpo Airport Pickup Guide for Families

· 6 min read

Where to meet your driver at Incheon and Gimpo, what a private transfer costs, and how to handle car seats, luggage and late-night arrivals with kids.

Meeting your driver

At Incheon Terminal 1, arrivals Gate 6 is the calmest meeting point; at Terminal 2, use Gate 2. Gimpo international arrivals has a single hall, so drivers wait directly opposite the exit with a name board.

Your driver tracks your flight number, so a delay does not cost you the transfer. Waiting time is free for 60 minutes after landing on international arrivals.

Car seats, luggage and late arrivals

Korean law requires child restraints for children under six. We install infant, toddler and booster seats at no charge — tell us your children's ages and weights when booking.

A seven-seat van fits five passengers plus five large suitcases comfortably. If you are six or more people with full luggage, ask for the eleven-seat option.

Flights landing after 23:00 are common from Europe and North America. Late-night transfers run at the same daytime rate, and the driver will help you check in if your hotel desk is unstaffed.
