Booking and payment

A 20% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due on the tour day in cash (KRW or USD) or by card. All prices are quoted in USD with the Korean won equivalent and apply per private van of up to 7 guests, not per person.

Cancellation

• More than 7 days before: full deposit refund.
• 7 to 3 days before: deposit held as credit for 12 months.
• Within 72 hours: deposit non-refundable.
• Cancelled by us (weather, safety, road closure): refunded in full or rescheduled free of charge.

What is included

Private vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, licensed bilingual guide, driver and hotel pickup and drop-off. Entrance tickets and meals are excluded and quoted upfront in your itinerary.
