How do I book a private tour?

Send us your dates, group size and ages through the contact page or WhatsApp. We reply within 12 hours with a written itinerary and a fixed price. Your date is held for 48 hours, and the booking is confirmed with a 20% deposit.

Is the price per person or per van?

All prices are per private van for up to 7 guests. Guide, driver, fuel, parking and tolls are included. Entrance tickets and meals are paid on the day and quoted upfront.

How do I pay the balance?

The remaining 80% is paid on the tour day in cash (KRW or USD) or by card. We can also invoice the full amount in advance if your company requires a receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour with a full deposit refund. Between 7 and 3 days the deposit is held as credit for a future date. Within 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable. Tours cancelled by us for weather or safety are refunded in full.

Can I change the date or itinerary?

Yes. Date changes are free up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Itinerary changes can be made on the day with your guide as long as the total duration stays the same.

Is hotel pickup included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tour includes door-to-door pickup and drop-off at your hotel or rental within the tour city. Airport pickup at Incheon, Gimpo, Gimhae or Jeju is included on request at no extra cost.

Do you provide child seats?

Free infant, toddler and booster seats are provided on request. Tell us the ages and weights when booking so the right seats are fitted before pickup.

How accessible are the tours?

Every itinerary carries a stroller note, a senior difficulty rating and a walking-intensity level. Routes include seated rests roughly every 45 minutes, mapped restrooms, and step-free alternatives at each stop. Folding wheelchairs travel in the van.

Which guide languages are available?

English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French and German. Your guide's language is confirmed in writing at booking.
