What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, travel dates, party composition and any accessibility or dietary notes you choose to share. Quote requests are sent directly to our email or WhatsApp inbox; this website does not store form submissions in a database.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare your itinerary, confirm your booking and contact you about your tour. We never sell or rent personal data. Information shared with partner drivers, guides and restaurants is limited to what is required to run your tour.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing bulgom@lifeworldtour.com. We respond within 30 days.
